Chris was my main point person on a crew of four, and from the moment they arrived, the team got right to work. They asked thoughtful questions, included an extra window that wasn’t in the original estimate without fuss, and took the time to explain two insulated windows with broken seals. What really stood out was their professionalism and communication: they shared photos and clear explanations about some roof activity we should be aware of as homeowners, and they were quick and responsive when I pointed out a small smudge on one window. Overall, this was just a really solid experience with knowledgeable, helpful professionals who clearly care about doing the job right. We’ll absolutely be scheduling them again next year."
