How many crews will I need?
Window Gang has a knowledgeable staff and years of “hands-on” experience
to help you determine what staff numbers and required equipment
you will need to be profitable through your increased volume
levels.
How long is Window Gang training?
You will have 2 one-week training sessions. Week one is conducted
at corporate headquarters in coastal North Carolina. Week two
is conducted out of your office in your territory and designed
to “jump-start” your business. Additional training
is available anytime you want it, either at the corporate office
or in your territory.
What type of vehicle is required?
The vehicle must be a white, late model (rust and dent free,
NO leaks) van or truck. We strongly suggest a van due to the
higher visibility and security for your equipment.
Where do I purchase my equipment?
We don’t require that you purchase your equipment from
us, but our national buying power, direct from the manufacturerer
provides you with deep discounts on every item you require. You
will not find the products you need cheaper from anywhere else
than from us, but if you do, we want to know, so we can buy from
there too. The founder of Window Gang has a large interest in
a NC automobile dealership which provides you with a great source
for the best deal on a new or used vehicle.
How do I attract customers?
Window Gang has a proven track record for getting your phone
ringing within your first week of business. Our proven, cost
effective advertising system will help keep you at the top
of your market.
Who owns Window Gang?
Window Gang is owned by Window Gang Ventures Corporation, a North
Carolina corporation, which was founded by Tim McCullen. The
royalties that you contribute are used to better the company
for you and all of your entrepreneurial partners.
I don’t want to clean windows and
pressure wash.
GOOD! We don’t want you to. Of course you will be trained
in all of the proper procedures and be supported with an informative
training DVD and manuals. We will teach you how to run a business
and hire crews to provide the services that you sell.
How much am I going to make?
Legally we can’t give you dollar figures, but the potential
is great. As part of your introductory period, you will be given
the opportunity to contact some of our existing franchisees to
discuss their experiences. Some of their backgrounds include
CFO’s, CPA’s, bankers, and other professionals accustomed
to comfortable lifestyles.
How much are my royalties?
Royalties are 6%. We have NO general advertising fund. We do
reserve the right to conduct sales audits, but we have never
conducted one. As a part of our family, we rely on your trustworthy,
accurate sales reports.
