Our truck mounted, hot water extraction carpet cleaning service, more commonly known as "steam cleaning" is the method recommend by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC), Shaw, Mohawk and Karastan carpet manufacturers ( these manufacturers require hot water extraction to maintain the carpet warranty), and carpet fiber producers.  Steam Cleaning, deep cleans your carpet, removing the soil located deep within your carpet. Other cleaning methods are referred to as "surface cleaning" because they are not able to remove soil located within the carpet fibers and can actually damage the carpet fibers. We use a multi-step cleaning process, utilizing hypo-allergenic, pet and child friendly, organic chemicals which helps your carpets stay cleaner longer and kills bacteria:
Step One: We spray a specially heated carpet cleaning solution (hypo-allergenic, pet and child friendly, organic chemicals) deep into your carpet fibers, loosening embedded dirt.
Step Two: We rinse and use a high-powered vacuum extraction to remove the dirt and cleaning solution.
Step Three: Once our professional technicians have cleaned your carpet, we will "rake" the carpet, separating the fibers which allows the carper to dry faster.
